Baili Kunai and BASF Partner to Develop High-Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane Technology

Baili Kun Ai Hydrogen Membrane Co., Ltd. and BASF, one of the world’s largest chemical companies, announced that they have signed an agreement to work together to “Develop High-Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane Technology”

The agreement calls for the development and research of high-temperature proton exchange membrane technology – on-line hydrogen production and other related fields as well as promoting the application of high-temperature proton exchange membrane electrode technology for hydrogen fuel cells in the Asia-Pacific region.

BASF is the world’s largest chemical company and was named “the world’s most admired chemical company” by the US business magazine Fortune. In July 2019, the Fortune Global 500 list was released, and BASF ranked 115th. Previously, BASF invested 10 billion US dollars in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, to build an integrated chemical company.
