ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — BayoTech is pleased to announce that Andrew Leedom has joined our senior management team as General Counsel. Andrew will be responsible for leading BayoTech’s legal and policy efforts.
“We are thrilled to have someone of Andrew’s caliber join the BayoTech team”, said BayoTech President and Chief Executive Officer, Mo Vargas. “His experience as in-house counsel, the relationships he has built in the hydrogen ecosystem and his understanding of current hydrogen policy will be vital to the organization as we continue to grow our product line and hydrogen as a service business”.

Andrew comes to BayoTech from Inspiratia where he was a Senior Advisor responsible for management and direction of North American operations for the company’s consulting practice focusing on zero-emission transport technologies and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. He is a co-founder and co-host of the Everything About Hydrogen podcast, a podcast series that explores how hydrogen technologies are changing the energy world.
Andrew holds a BA in Literature & Philosophy from University of Virginia, a JD from the University of Miami School of Law, and MA in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. He has worked in the energy sector in North America, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
