China: New Lab for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Research + Zhejiang Hydrogen Valley to Raise CNY 500 million

It was reported on August 9 that China FAW Group Corporation (FAW) and Wuhan Troowin Power System Technology Co., Ltd. (Troowin) reached an agreement for cooperation in hydrogen fuel cells and the establishment of the FAW-Troowin Synergistic Innovation Laboratory. The companies previously signed a cooperation agreement for the laboratory at FAW’s headquarters in Changchun at the end of July.

According to various media sources, Zhejiang Hydrogen Valley New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (Hydrogen Valley) officially announced its investment increase plan at the China Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX). The company plans to raise a total of CNY 500 million for R&D, production and sales of hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles and related core components.
