Connecticut Governor-Elect Lamont Names FuelCell Energy’s Jennifer Arasimowicz to Transition Team

DANBURY, Conn.-– FuelCell Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FCEL), a global leader in delivering clean, innovative and affordable fuel cell solutions for the supply, recovery and storage of energy, is pleased to announce that Jennifer D. Arasimowicz, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has been named to Governor-elect Ned Lamont’s Transition Team as a member of the Energy Policy Committee.

As part of the Energy Policy Committee, Arasimowicz will join a diverse group of transition advisors from the private sector, non-profits and government.

Jennifer Arasimowicz joined FuelCell Energy in 2012 from Total Energy Corporation, where she served as General Counsel. Previously, she was a partner at Shipman & Goodwin in Hartford, chairing the Utility Law Practice Group, and began her legal career as an associate at Murtha Cullina.  She earned her Juris Doctor at Boston University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston University.
