In a wonderful gesture, Toyota has donated 8 Hydrogen Fuel Cell cars to Green Tech Technical Education & Employment

In an announcement last week, The nonprofit Green Technical Education & Employment said that it received a donation of eight Mirai hydrogen-fueled cars from Toyota Motor Corp. (NYSE: TM).

The hydrogen fuel cell-powered vehicles are going to be used at the Green Tech Net Zero Mobility Hub, the hub is a sustainable microtransit concept that Green Tech is developing in partnership with the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District.

Green Tech Executive Director Simeon Gant said, “We’re super excited and very thankful for Toyota and the Air Quality Management District.”
