H2 Mobility and Streetscooter Cooperate on Hydrogen Mobility

H2 MOBILITY and StreetScooter have agreed upon an understanding for joint cooperation concerning the deployment of hydrogen mobility in the commercial vehicle sector.

A corresponding Letter of Intent was signed on 30 November 2017 by the managing directors of the respective companies, Nikolas Iwan and Prof. Achim Kampker.

Once the 500 StreetScooter fuel cell vehicles that will successively join and support the clean Deutsche Post DHL fleet from mid 2018 onwards, they will be refilled at any of 15 publically accessible H2 MOBILITY hydrogen refuelling stations.

The Letter of Intent was signed in Düsseldorf within the scope of the annual meeting of the “Netzwerk Brennstoffzelle und Wasserstoff, Elektromobilität der EnergieAgentur.NRW” (Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Network, Electric Mobility of the EnergieAgentur.NRW), in the presence of Christoph Dammermann, State Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitisation and Energy of North-Rhine Westphalia.
