SK Energy and Hydrogen Energy Network (HyNet) to build a hydrogen-refueling infrastructure in Pyeongtaek.
At the ceremony, Mayor Suh Jung-sun, Yoo Jong-soo, CEO of Hynet, and Shim Doo-seop, the head of SK Energy, announced the plan to build a hydrogen station in Pyeongtaek City.
Pyeongtaek City will support rapid administrative procedures for the smooth installation and operation of the hydrogen station in the site, and HyNet will establish the hydrogen refueling station and manage it for the next 10 years.
In addition, SK Energy plans to consider expanding the hydrogen refueling infrastructure at SK-operated gas stations.
