Metacon Invests €1.5 Million into Helbio and Increases its Shareholding

Helbio Holdings has carried out a share capital increase of €1.5 million. Metacon AB subscribed for the full amount of the placement and was granted full allocation.

As a result, 8,452 new shares were issued at a subscription price of €177.47. Following the capital increase, Helbio Holdings capital is made up of 163,406 shares with a nominal value of €1 each, equating to a total share capital of €163,406. Metacon’s ownership in Helbio Holdings amounts to 58.87% post the new issuance of shares. Helbio Holdings S.A. owns 100% of Helbio S.A.
