Sydney: Australian East Coast Clean Energy Company, Pure Hydrogen Corporation Limited (ASX: PH2 or ‘Pure Hydrogen’) is pleased to announce that it has signed a term sheet for the supply of seven (7) Hydrogen Fuel Cell Trucks (‘HFCV trucks’) – (Hook Bin Trucks) together with the supply of Hydrogen fuel with AKM Earth Pty Limited (AKM) a provider of environmental management services throughout South East Queensland with the recycling & recovery of predominately construction & demolition waste streams.
Highlights:
- After the recent buy-in to H2X, PH2’s newly established company ‘Pure X Mobility Pty Limited’ will develop and supply 7 Hydrogen Fuel Cell Trucks for AKM Earth’s Raw Skips business.
- Raw Skips hydrogen-powered trucks will be used for short-run, back-to-base pick-up and delivery of building waste around Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast
- Pure Hydrogen currently working with industrial users to supply back-to-base fueling solutions; off-take agreements and vehicle supply.
The HFCV trucks are extremely cost effective and deliver considerable fuel savings over their expected seven-year supply term. The trucks will be assembled in Australia and will be the first to be provided under the Pure X brand. The Hydrogen Fuel cells are about twice as efficient as standard internal combustion engines.
The Hydrogen Trucks are based on existing Diesel gliders with the Diesel components removed and instead using H2X’s fuel cell powertrains. Green hydrogen will be provided to PH2 by CAC H2 under the terms of the arrangements recently announced by PH2 and CAC H2.

Hydrogen Initiatives Update
Pure Hydrogen has been in discussions with a range of large industrial users for back to base operations that are considering using Hydrogen Trucks. The Company has been working closely with well-known truck and bus manufacturers and is building a Hydrogen eco system that can provide hydrogen solutions including trucks, buses and work vehicles together with the hydrogen fuel to power these vehicles.
