The globally active expert organization DEKRA is increasing its commitment to renewable energies. DEKRA is now a member of the “Hydrogen Europe” association. DEKRA will contribute its expertise as a test, inspection and certification company (TIC) to the industry association.

The aim is to work with other industry players to advance the safe and economical use of climate-neutral hydrogen technologies.

The industry association “Hydrogen Europe” comprises around 260 companies and 27 national associations that jointly promote and further develop fields of application for the energy carrier hydrogen and fuel cell technology. DEKRA will be involved in numerous committees in the association. DEKRA sees hydrogen as an important component in achieving the goals of the Paris climate protection agreement.
