WILMINGTON, Del. — The Chemours Company (“Chemours”) (NYSE: CC), a global chemistry company leading in Titanium Technologies, Thermal & Specialized Solutions, and Advanced Performance Materials, announced plans to enter into a joint venture with BWT FUMATECH Mobility GmbH, an established player in multiple hydrogen markets, focused on membrane manufacturing in the field of fuel cell technology.

NEW YORK — Principals of Hydrogen Technology Ventures, a firm established in 2019 to invest across the clean hydrogen value chain, have launched Avina Clean Hydrogen Inc, a leading pure-play clean hydrogen platform with an advanced portfolio of green ammonia and hydrogen plants that are expected to become operational in 2024.

Back in November 2020, Ford Authority reported that The Blue Oval had no plans to build and sell an all-electric Ford Super Duty pickup, despite its massive investment in EVs. LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. — Air Products (NYSE: APD), the world leader in hydrogen production and a first mover developing and executing low carbon hydrogen megaprojects driving the energy transition, today announced plans to invest approximately $500 million to build, own and operate a 35 metric ton per day facility to produce green liquid hydrogen at a greenfield site in Massena, New York, as well as liquid hydrogen distribution and dispensing operations. The commercial operation of this facility is targeted to begin in 2026-2027.

BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum announced today he has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the governors of Minnesota, Montana and Wisconsin to develop a regional clean hydrogen hub to help meet the nation’s clean energy, transportation and agricultural needs.
