Fuel Cells Works, Clean Logistics SE Appoints Jürgen Akkermann as CFO of Clean Logistics

Hamburg — Clean Logistics SE (ISIN DE000A1YDAZ7) is expanding its executive management in line with its dynamic growth and has appointed Jürgen Akkermann as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, the holder of a degree in business administration, will be in charge of finance and ESG at Clean Logistics. This includes financial planning, budget management, controlling and accounting.

Jürgen Akkermann has more than 25 years of experience and extensive know-how in the areas of corporate finance, corporate management and corporate restructuring. Most recently, Mr Akkermann worked as an independent management consultant and managing director of BauUnion Gesellschaft für Haus und Grundbesitz mbH. Prior to that, Mr Akkermann worked for Deutsche Bank as a corporate account manager in the real estate division, among others.

Clean Logistics has also strengthened its team with Fraser McKenzie. He is responsible for investor relations and capital markets. He has 40 years of experience across a broad range of international capital markets activities, working for major investment banks in the UK, France, and Japan. Before joining Clean Logistics, Fraser McKenzie worked as an external portfolio manager to CalPERS, the US pension fund. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen’s University in Canada.
