Walnut Creek, CA,– Amerit Fleet Solutions (“Amerit”), a provider of customized fleet maintenance and repair programs nationwide, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Hyzon, a high-power hydrogen fuel cell technology developer and global supplier of zero-emission heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicles, to provide maintenance and repair services to commercial fleets.
Under the terms of the non-exclusive agreement, Amerit Fleet Solutions will provide warranty repairs, preventive maintenance and support services for fuel cell electric vehicles upfitted with Hyzon’s proprietary hydrogen fuel cell powertrain, beginning in Hyzon’s strategic pilot locations.
