Lidl now has 18% of its fleet of 500 trucks running on alternative energy in 2021, we are committed to the #FRET21 approach with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions related to the domestic transport of our goods between 2019 and 2024. Thanks for staying up to date with Hydrogen Central.
Beyond the empowerment of our fleet of delivery trucks, 2022 marks our #commitment to green hydrogen with the conversion of handling equipment from the new warehouse in Carquefou (44) in partnership with Lhyfe and Plug Power, a company specializing in the development of hydrogen fuel cells to replace conventional batteries in electrically powered equipment and vehicles.
