Auckland Transport (AT) is buying New Zealand’s first hydrogen fuel cell bus – and it will be built right here in New Zealand.

Stuttgart/Hamburg – Starting in 2021, public transport company Hamburger Hochbahn AG, will be field-testing the new Mercedes-Benz eCitaro articulated bus with a fuel cell as a range extender.

PowerCell Sweden AB has received a follow-on order for PowerCell S2 fuel cell stacks from a Chinese supplier to the automotive industry. The order is worth MSEK 1,3 and will be delivered during the third quarter.
