Oslo– Nel Korea Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Nel ASA has co-signed an agreement for the establishment of Hydrogen Energy Network (HyNet), a new Special Purpose Company (SPC) and a joint venture (JV) between thirteen leading industrial companies.
