SHiE, the first Aragonese company to offer green hydrogen energy services, created by Arpa Equipos Móviles de Campaña and Zoilo Ríos, SA, presents its new project at Motortec 2022 , the main automotive aftermarket event in Spain from April 20 to 23 in the IFEMA site in Madrid.
In this event, SHiE unveils its new generation of hydrogen dispensers , a scalable, accessible and custom-designed solution with which any service station can be introduced to this technology.
SHiE Hydrogen Dispensers
SHiE’s hydrogen dispensers, in addition to being mobile and able to be relocated wherever necessary depending on the needs, are specifically designed for the place where they are going to work, hence they are ideal even for small or difficult-to-use spaces in a service station.
This new joint venture can also provide green hydrogen production systems for those companies that want to go a step further and that, by having clean and renewable energy generation plants , may be interested in commercializing hydrogen in addition to electricity and fossil fuels.
During the Motortec 2022 event, SHiE has had a model of the first Spanish hydropower plant open to the public , which will be located at our El Cisne 1 service station on the A-2 motorway, towards Madrid. In addition, attendees who have passed by stand 9G00A in Hall 9 have been able to discover a miniature of what these dispensers will look like.
They have not only arrived stomping at Motortec 2022, as SHiE will present its new equipment at the European Hydrogen Energy Congress EHEC 2022 to be held in Madrid from May 18 to 20 as part of the Spanish Hydrogen Association (AeH2) .
Future of SHiE and the development of green hydrogen
The production, compression, storage, transport and dispensing of green hydrogen has become a highly topical energy vector and to which all national and international strategies grant a fundamental role in decarbonising the economy.
SHiE, as a union of Arpa Equipos Móviles de Campaña and Zoilo Ríos, two companies aware of the Sustainable Development Goals that make up the United Nations 2030 Agenda , aware of this change, is heading towards a future focused on sustainable mobility . That is why it offers green hydrogen, a simple response to the need to carry out decarbonisation with an approach based on the simplest, lightest and most common element on the planet and which, in addition, can be obtained in a completely clean way.
The company already has the first fleet of hydrogen fuel cell cars in Aragon: two Toyota Mirai , delivered to the Toyota Artal dealership in Zaragoza. The Toyota Mirai is a fuel cell electric vehicle —Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV)— 100% ecological, which does not produce any polluting emissions.
