BEIJING — China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation’s (HKG: 0386, “Sinopec”) hosted an online launching ceremony on November 30 in the cities of Beijing, Urumqi and Kuqa to announce that China’s first 10,000-ton photovoltaic green hydrogen pilot project, the Sinopec Xinjiang Kuqa Green Hydrogen Pilot Project (the “Project”), has officially started construction.

The Board of Directors in Cell Impact AB (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: CI B) (“Cell Impact” or the “Company”) has today, pursuant to the authorization granted by the extra general meeting on November 16, 2021, resolved on a fully guaranteed rights issue of up to 16,812,094 series B shares with preferential right for the Company’s existing shareholders (the “Rights Issue”). The subscription price in the Rights Issue is SEK 20.75 per series B share. If the Rights Issue is fully subscribed, the Company will receive approximately SEK 349 million before deduction of transaction costs related to the Rights Issue.

The Czech locomotive manufacturer CZ LOKO has started the development of a hydrogen-powered locomotive. For the time being, the project is in the feasibility study phase, which will determine whether a prototype will be built. This was stated by Jan Kutálek, Sales Director of CZ LOKO at Žesnad technical seminar in Olomouc on November 22, which was attended by leading representatives of the railway industry and carriers. The locomotive with a maximum output of up to 800 kW should use hydrogen cells for charging the traction batteries.
