ALICE Logistics Platform and Hydrogen Europe Join Forces

MoU: supply and demand join forces to boost freight and logistics sector decarbonisation through hydrogen technologies

The ALICE Logistics Platform and Hydrogen Europe are delighted to announce a collaboration in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding.

The two associations recognise that hydrogen solutions for transport and logistics are essential to achieve medium and long-term European Objectives – i.e., the EU Green Deal objectives of 55% emission reductions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050.

To accelerate the uptake of the technologies, strong collaboration and mutual understanding are needed across sectors and among stakeholders across the whole value chain to understand and overcome potential barriers and/or propose solutions to address them.

ALICE and Hydrogen Europe’s strategic objective is to support the uptake of hydrogen technologies in transport adapted to the needs of end-users while considering industrial developments. The joint aim is to accelerate market readiness through innovative concepts and solutions, including business deployment strategies.
