ANGI Energy Systems has sent its first set of hydrogen fuel pumps to Chart Industries. These will be part of new fuel stations that make hydrogen fuel easily available.

Based in Janesville, Wisconsin, ANGI is a part of Vontier Corporation. They’ve sent the first two of six high-tech pumps for this project.

These pumps will go into Chart’s movable fuel stations. These stations change stored liquid hydrogen into a gas under high pressure. It’s a full solution that can be set up quickly and starts serving existing customer orders right away.

These new fuel stations will be especially helpful for big trucks and commercial vehicles. The Hydrogen Council says that we can expect more than 130 new models of fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) to come out in 2023.

Jill Evanko, the head of Chart Industries, indicated that their offering is ideal for companies not looking to make a hefty initial investment.

She elaborated, “Our portable fueling station simplifies the entry into hydrogen fuel for small to medium-sized vehicle groups. Collaborating with firms like ANGI enables us to expedite the rollout of essential fueling alternatives.”

ANGI Energy Systems LLC, is a U.S. based manufacturer of quality engineered gas compression equipment and a leading supplier of compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling equipment and systems. ANGI has a longstanding reputation as a leader and innovator in both the Compression and Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Refueling Station industries and has over 30 years of experience providing worldwide clients with high quality products and services.
