Fuel Cells Woks, Aurus Introduced a Hydrogen Sedan With a Range of 600 Km

At the NAMI booth of the Innoprom exhibition, which opened today in Yekaterinburg, a hydrogen version of the Russian Aurus car is presented.

The stand says that the hydrogen version of Aurus has a range of up to 600 km, the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4 seconds. Now only demonstration and test samples are being built.

The car is equipped with a combined electrical installation, which includes a traction electric drive and an electrochemical hydrogen generator. The car will receive an all-wheel drive system, as well as a 100 kWh battery, which was created specifically for this car.

The battery was designed and manufactured within the framework of the project and includes a liquid thermal control system. Currently, only demonstration and test samples are being produced in order to optimize the technology, develop standards and amend the technical regulations of the Russian Federation in relation to electric and hydrogen vehicles.

The development of the car was announced over a year ago. This is the only premium car that has a sample on a hydrogen carrier.
