Everfuel Acquires DHF to Strengthen Position as the Leading Hydrogen Fuel Company in Scandinavia

Herning, Denmark — Everfuel A/S today signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Danish Hydrogen Fuel A/S (DHF) to strengthen its position as the leading hydrogen fuel company in Scandinavia.

Everfuel Acquires DHF to Strengthen Position as the Leading Hydrogen Fuel Company in ScandinaviaDanish Hydrogen Fuel A/S is today owned by Nel Hydrogen A/S, the industrial gas company Strandmøllen A/S and Danish fuel retailer OK A.m.b.a. The company operates four established hydrogen fueling stations near the Danish cities of Korsør, Kolding, Esbjerg and Aarhus. The four stations are identical to the stations Everfuel already operate in Copenhagen, representing well-known, proven technology.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction, which is expected to be completed in the coming week.
