HPS Partner Hörmann Solar Receives Award for its Energy Self-Sufficient House with Picea System

Berlin–HPS Home Power Solutions GmbH (HPS), Berlin Provider of energy solutions for family houses, the desire for independent energy, today announced that its partner, the Hörmann Solar in Zusmarshausen, received the federal award for outstanding innovative performance.

Hörmann Solar received the prize for an energy self-sufficient house that contains the Picea Energy Center as Core components. The federal prize will be awarded for all 10 exhibitors at the technical Handicrafts at the Internationale Handwerksmesse in Munich for awarded outstanding innovative achievements. The applicants for the prize were accepted by an independent panel of judges chaired by the Federal Ministry of Economics.
