Stuttgart–The time of theories and potential analyzes is over. Small and large hydrogen and fuel cell technology companies are switching to production. Including well-known f-cell exhibitors such as Bosch.

The motto of f-cell is “Energizing Hydrogen Business”. So it is fitting that the Baden-Württemberg technology company Bosch recently announced that sales from the production of fuel cells as emission-free drive solutions had grown by almost 40 percent. The different fields of application of hydrogen and fuel cell technology are also reflected in the diverse congress program of the f-cell. On the two days of the event, the possible uses in the transport sector or in interaction with artificial intelligence will be explained. There are also country focuses on Israel, Japan, Canada and the USA. The trade fair taking place during f-cell is also very popular and is almost sold out.

New start-up area for young companies

The organizers of the f-cell do not only focus on large and established players. “There are more and more fields of application in hydrogen and fuel cell technology. There is enormous growth potential for start-ups, and we want to promote this, ”says Peter Sauber, organizer of f-cell. There will be a start-up area at this year’s event. Here, young companies that are not older than three years can present their products and services at discounted rates.

f-cell award highlights innovations

The f-cell award honors outstanding developments and innovations in the categories “Research & Development” and “Products & Markets”. The Baden-Württemberg Ministry for the Environment, Climate Protection and the Energy Sector and the Stuttgart Region Economic Development Agency have been supporting this since 2001. The prize money is 20,000 euros and the award ceremony will take place during the evening event on September 14, 2021. The award is planned by the state’s new environment minister. The registration deadline for the f-cell award is June 11, 2021. www.f-cell.de/award

24-hour hydrogen rally
