SÃO PAULO– LONGi participated in Intersolar South America 2023, the largest exhibition in Latin America for the solar industry, showcasing its latest cutting-edge products for the Brazilian market.

Among the highlights of the exhibition, designed to meet the diverse needs of customers and partners in Latin America, were the new solar modules Hi-MO 7, with 620W carrying a power of 23% in the dimension of 2382 x 1134mm, and Hi-MO 6 Explorer, with 585W carrying a power of 22.6% in the dimension of 2278 x 1134mm.

The Hi-MO 7 was highlighted by Daniel Mesquita , Product and Utility Solution Manager: “Through the optimization of high-quality silicon wafers, cells and module packaging design, the Hi-MO 7 offers a linear power guarantee with an annual degradation rate of just 0.4%.”

Meanwhile, the Hi-MO 6 Explorer captivated the attention of many exhibition attendees. Karen Melo , Distributed Generation Product and Solution Manager, explained: “The Hi-MO 6 is a pioneer in the adoption of full welding technology, which significantly improves the module’s resistance against microcracks.” The Hi-MO 6 series includes variants such as ‘Explorer’, ‘Scientist’, ‘Guardian’ and ‘Artist’, each adapted for different usage scenarios, combining cutting-edge technology with aesthetically pleasing design.

In addition to these innovations, LONGi also introduced the ALK Hi1, the latest alkaline water electrolyzer integrated into its line of green hydrogen solutions. Known for a combination of high performance and quality, a single unit of the ALK Hi1 is capable of achieving a gas production of 1,500 Nm³/h. The innovative design of the electrolysis system, introduced by this device, considerably reduces the overall cost of the hydrogen production system.

During the product presentation, Corentin Vallée, Account Manager at LONGi Hydrogen, stated that LONGi Hydrogen’s annual production capacity is scheduled to reach 2.5 GW by the end of 2023.

LONGi continues to lead the energy revolution in Latin America, offering cutting-edge clean energy solutions and redefining standards of excellence in the solar and hydrogen sector.
