myFC Nominates Johnny Braster to Board of Directors

The nomination committee for myFC proposes Johnny Bräster, senior vice president Öhlins Racing AB, to be elected new member to the board of directors of myFC at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 28.

Johnny Bräster is currently senior vice president at Öhlins Racing. During his more than 30 years in the industry and 20 years in the company, he has among other things been responsible for managing the company’s international subsidiaries and building a global sales and marketing organization.

“The nomination committee proposes that Johnny is elected to the board of directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and is also pleased to announce that he has accepted to act as an adjunct member of the board starting immediately. His broad experience and extensive network in the automotive and motorcycle industry will be important for myFC as we focus on bringing our technology to market,” says Alex Guy, head of the nomination committee.

As announced on March 9, Kenth Öhlin, the founder of Öhlins Racing AB, is a major investor in myFC.

Any additional proposals to the board of directors will be announced in good time prior to the AGM on May 28, 2020.

The members of the nomination committee are: Mattias Di Meglio, Kenth Öhlin and Alex Guy (chair).
