Plug Power has exceeded its 2020 gross billings target and is raising 2021 estimates to $475M, up from $450M. Additionally, the Company is increasing the 2024 gross billings target by more than 40% to $1.7B.
Plug Power Inc also announced that it is commencing a registered public offering of $1,500,000,000 of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Plug Power intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to $225,000,000 of additional shares of common stock
