SimpleFuel is a “water electrolyzer” that produces hydrogen from water and electricity in a small package with an installation area of only one car (total length 2.6 m x total width 1.3 m), and a “compressor” that boosts the produced hydrogen to the filling pressure. , A “pressure accumulator” that stores hydrogen, and a “dispenser” that connects a hose to fill a forklift, and is a “minimum size hydrogen station.” It can be easily installed in a “small empty space” in an existing factory or warehouse, and the FC forklift operator can fill hydrogen in a place closer to the workplace, which greatly improves work efficiency.
In addition, this machine is a highly energy-efficient facility with an energy-saving design that produces as much hydrogen as needed according to the operating status of the FC forklift. In addition, it is possible to install the necessary filling equipment at a much lower initial investment cost than existing equipment.
This time, we are supplying hydrogen to 12 of the FC forklifts operating at Toyota Industries Takahama Plant.
SimpleFuel is sold as a filling device for FC forklifts in Japan, but it was originally designed for filling fuel cell vehicles (FCVs), and has a track record of filling FCVs mainly in the United States. We have accumulated a lot of customer satisfaction. In response to this, we plan to expand to FCV in Japan as well.
