
In its recent announcement and as part of the funding awarded of the Ultra-Low Emission Bus Scheme the communities of Brighton and Hove will receive a total of £4,360,435.00 toward hydrogen fuel cell powered buses.
The funding means that Brighton and Hove will receive a total of 20 new hydrogen buses.
£3.5 million of funding will go towards the purchase of the hydrogen fuel cell buses, while another £750,000 in funding will go into infrastructure developments to support the buses.
