The two companies have formed Fuze, which will finance zero-emission buses manufactured by Wrightbus from Ballymena.
It will be led by Ben Werth, a senior asset finance executive from Mistral Group, who will help bus operators reach net zero with a turnkey solution.
Mr Werth said, “Working in collaboration with our sister companies Ryze Hydrogen and Wrightbus, we have developed a total cost of ownership model encompassing the infrastructure, vehicles, fuel and repair and maintenance for the duration of the contract, and then distilling that down into a single monthly fixed cost,”
“As we move toward net zero, there are many moving parts. This can only be achieved through a collaborative partnership approach between manufacturers, investors, and operators. FUZE is integral to this process as a company that specialises in zero-emissions asset finance.”
