Turkey is making strides in the fight against climate change by exploring hydrogen as a clean energy solution. TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) is currently working on two projects – the “HYSouth Marmara Hydrogen Valley Project” and the “South Marmara Hydrogen Coast Platform Guided Project” – to promote hydrogen usage in the country.

Avaada Group announced on Wednesday that Brookfield Renewables will invest up to $1 billion in the company, which will be used to finance green hydrogen and green ammonia projects in India. Woodside Energy and Keppel Data Centres have entered a non-binding Heads of Agreement (HOA) to study the feasibility of supplying liquid hydrogen from Woodside’s facilities, including the proposed H2Perth, to Singapore.
