This week’s Flashback Friday brings us back to an exciting development in green aviation. In late June of 2023, Dovetail Electric Aviation, a pioneer in this field, partnered with Hyundai Motor Group’s HTWO brand. Their joint goal is to integrate a hydrogen fuel cell system into Dovetail’s electric aviation powertrain in preparation for upcoming testing.

Güstrow-based carrier Rebus Regionalbus Rostock has ordered 52 Solaris Urbino hydrogen buses, including five articulated models. This is so far the largest Solaris’ single order for vehicles powered by hydrogen fuel cell.
