With the commercial delivery of the first systems, HPS has begun serving end-user inquiries that have been received in large numbers since its launch in March. The first Picea systems are installed by sales partners, accompanied by HPS employees. As the number of systems delivered increases, distribution partners independently install the systems. This process ensures the quality of Picea's design and enables a smooth qualification of the distributors with regard to the independent installation of the Picea systems on site.
